White Rock Designs Teams up With White Rock Museum for an Historical Event!
White Rock designs is is pleased to have worked with White Rock Museum and Archives for a truly historical community event. For the first time ever, White Rock Musuem & Archives has scanned in over 11,500 images from local newspaper articles dating back to the early 50's!
"We were pleased to work with the Museum and Community Historians to create a streamline way to get these almost 12,00 images online" Says Patrick, from White Rock Designs.
Adding that many images to any site is a huge task, so The White Rock Designers came up with a simple yet very effective solution to get them online. They created a Flickr account to easily upload these images. Some beautiful graphics and simple links from the White Rock Museum site to the new Flickr account now gives residents of White Rock an easy way to view the past!
